Yourefolio Privacy Statement
We value your privacy and will take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information and your clients. We do not share or distribute yours or your client’s personal information (including email address), but it may be accessible to the staff who administer the site and infrastructure or by the authorized user you’ve assigned to your account. We may be required to share stored personal information by law. We may use your email address from time to time and other personal contact information to communicate with you about our services or provide product updates.
We utilize the data in your individual Riskalyze account to assist you with support requests, troubleshoot problems, or monitor the performance and effectiveness of the Services. In addition, we utilize data across the entire Yourefolio platform to improve its effectiveness, develop insights, or monitor the performance and effectiveness of the system.
The data we collect from you is information you voluntarily provide to us. We do not sell, rent, or trade any of this data to any third party, without your express permission. The data that we collect is not mined or used for marketing purposes in any way. When we receive your contact information, we maintain it in our database, which is secure and accessible only to employees of Yourefolio, solely for purposes of contacting you as requested. We store and hold your information for as long as your account is active or has been deleted by you.
Deleting Your Information
We believe that your data belongs to you, and therefore, you may delete your account at any time that you choose. To request that your account be deleted, please contact us at email@example.com. Because of the way we maintain the Services to protect the integrity of your data, residual copies may take a period of time before they are deleted, and your data may remain in our backup systems. However, our systems are architected so that your data will drop out of active use for all of the uses that we described above.
We do not delete your client accounts unless you direct the removal of these accounts. We will require written verification to remove client accounts from your profile. Of course, you are in control of the data that is entered in a client account. You can delete this information on your at any time. When you delete an account, the information will be deleted from our servers and backup servers.
IP addresses, URLs visited, and related information is recorded for all site visitors for the purpose of site traffic analytics and captured as part of normal operation in our server logs. Cookies are used to track logins, sessions, and collect anonymous traffic data.
We use a 3rd-party service called Google Analytics, who provides their own privacy policies and cookie opt-out.
When you establish a Yourefolio account, we ask you for personal information, which may include your name, address, email address, credit card information, phone numbers and other personal information provided by you. We use the data you enter to provide the Services to you and develop personalization of the Services.
